Tsunami Glassworks Inc. combines the talents of glass
artists Eva Milinkovic and Kriston Gene, specializing in
designing and producing one-of-a-kind sculptural and
functional blown glass pieces. Kriston and Eva are partners
in life as well as in business, working together to create
unique glass pieces engaging both in engraved and hot glass
techniques. In addition to assisting one another in the
studio, the partners refine their designs with each other
as well. Currently they are creating a sculptural body of
work which joins Kris and Eva’s patterns together,
designed together and made in the hot shop together. The
pieces titled “incalmo” vases, or “to
join together”, are the name of the technical
process. It also defines the relationship between Eva and
Kriston and their goals for the future.
Tsunami Glassworks Inc. pushes the boundaries of
contemporary art glass, providing innovative designs and
quality craftsmanship. Their goal is to exceed the
expectations of the artistic, architectural, designer and
corporate communities by providing unique artistic glass
and glass-related products.
